Fin-Wiz Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Fin-Wiz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EMAZN Technologies regarding your use of Fin-Wiz.

EMAZN Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fin-Wiz for personal, non-commercial purposes. **Permitted Use:** • Download and install the App on devices you own or control • Use all calculator features for personal financial planning • Save calculation history and ledger entries locally • Export your data for personal backup purposes **Prohibited Use:** • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Transfer, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

**Important:** Fin-Wiz provides financial calculations for informational and educational purposes only. The results should not be considered as professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. • All calculations are estimates based on the inputs you provide • Actual financial results may vary significantly • Currency exchange rates are approximate and subject to market fluctuations • Investment projections do not guarantee future performance • Always consult qualified financial advisors before making important financial decisions EMAZN Technologies is not responsible for any financial losses or decisions made based on calculations from the App.

Fin-Wiz is free to download and use, supported by ethical advertising through Google AdMob. **Ad Practices:** • Advertisements are contextual (relevant to financial tools) • We do not use personal data for ad targeting • Ads are non-intrusive and respect user experience • Optional premium upgrade available to remove all advertisements **Premium Features:** If available, premium features are provided through in-app purchases subject to Google Play Store terms.

**Local Storage:** All your calculation history, ledger entries, and financial records are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. **Data Responsibility:** You are responsible for: • Backing up your data regularly • Protecting your device and app access • Maintaining confidentiality of your financial records **Privacy Compliance:** Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property rights in Fin-Wiz, including but not limited to: • Software code and algorithms • User interface design and graphics • Calculators and financial formulas • Trademarks, logos, and branding These are owned by EMAZN Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: **No Warranty:** Fin-Wiz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. **Limitation of Liability:** EMAZN Technologies shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use • Financial losses based on calculations or advice from the App • Damages arising from app unavailability or technical issues **Maximum Liability:** Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) or USD $1.00, whichever is greater.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. **By You:** You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling the App and discontinuing all use. **By Us:** We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. **Effect of Termination:** Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. **Notification:** We will notify you of significant changes through: • In-app notifications • Updates to the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms • Email notifications (if we have your contact information) **Continued Use:** Your continued use of Fin-Wiz after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
