Eagle Calculator is a mobile application developed by EMAZN Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains what data Eagle Calculator accesses, collects, and uses — and what it does not. Eagle Calculator does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following: • Your name, email, phone number, or any personal identity • Your location (GPS or network-based) • Your contacts, messages, or call logs • Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.) • Usage analytics or behavioral tracking • Crash reports sent to our servers • Camera or microphone data • Photos or files from your device • Financial information • Any form of personal profile or account data There are no user accounts. No sign-up. No login. No profile.

Eagle Calculator stores the following data locally on your device only using AsyncStorage (on-device storage): • Calculation history — your past calculations • Memory values — M+, M−, MR memory store • User preferences — theme (dark/light), haptics on/off, number format, decimal settings • User profile (optional) — name/avatar you set inside the app • Converter favorites — your saved unit converter pairs • Khata/ledger data — any entries you make in the Khata finance tool • Onboarding status — whether you have completed the welcome slides None of this data ever leaves your device. It is never uploaded to any server, cloud, or third party. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all this data.

Eagle Calculator includes an AI-powered math engine called Eagle AI. Eagle AI is fully local and offline. It processes your math queries entirely on your device using built-in logic — there are no API calls, no cloud servers, no third-party AI services, and no internet connection required. Your math queries are never transmitted anywhere. They are processed locally and discarded after the response is shown. This means: • No API key is required • No per-query cost • No internet required for AI features • Zero data leaves your device for AI processing

The Currency Converter feature fetches live exchange rates from a public exchange rate API (exchangerate-api.com). What is transmitted: • A request for exchange rate data (currency codes only — e.g., USD, PKR) • Your device's IP address is used by the API server to fulfill the request (standard for any internet request) What is NOT transmitted: • Any personal information • The specific conversion amounts you calculate • Your identity or location Exchange rate data is cached on your device after fetching, so the app works offline using the last cached rates. The free tier limit is 1,500 requests per month. We do not control the privacy practices of exchangerate-api.com. We recommend reviewing their privacy policy if you have concerns about exchange rate API requests.

Eagle Calculator requests only one permission: VIBRATE — Required for haptic (vibration) feedback when you press calculator buttons. This is a tactile feedback feature only. It does not access any personal data. We do NOT request: • Camera • Microphone • Location • Contacts • Storage/Files (beyond AsyncStorage, which is app-private) • Phone state • Bluetooth • Any other sensitive permission

Eagle Calculator uses the following minimal third-party service: exchangerate-api.com — for live currency exchange rates (Currency Converter feature only) • Only currency code pairs are transmitted • No personal data is sent • Requests are only made when you use the Currency Converter Eagle Calculator does NOT use: • Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics • Facebook SDK or Meta SDK • Any advertising networks or ad SDKs • Crash reporting services (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry) • Any social media SDKs • Any payment SDKs

Eagle Calculator is safe for all ages. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app requires no registration, no account creation, and no personal information to function. It is suitable for use by children, students, and families.

Since Eagle Calculator stores data only on your device and does not transmit personal data to any server, the security of your data is managed by your device's own security mechanisms (device encryption, app sandboxing, etc.). If you lose or reset your device, locally stored data (history, settings, Khata entries) will be lost as it is not backed up to any cloud. We recommend: • Using a secure screen lock on your device • Being cautious if sharing your device with others

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control: • To delete calculation history: use the clear history option inside the app • To reset all app data: go to your device Settings → Apps → Eagle Calculator → Clear Data • To delete everything permanently: uninstall the app No request to us is needed to delete your data — you have full control at all times.

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add new features or if required by law. When we do: • The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page will be revised • Significant changes will be noted in the app update release notes on the Play Store / App Store We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of Eagle Calculator after changes means you accept the updated policy.
